This Privacy Policy explains how Megeredchian Law collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit this website or request a case review.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. This may include your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and details about a potential legal matter.
- Technical information. We may collect information such as device type, browser, referring page, pages viewed, IP address, and basic security or delivery logs.
- Campaign measurement. The Google Ads tag may measure site visits, eligible calls to the displayed campaign phone number, and confirmed English form submissions. The Meta Pixel may record visits across campaign entry pages and confirmed form submissions. The TikTok Pixel may record visits only on the English and Spanish form-only routes and confirmed submissions from those forms, as described below.
How we use information
- Review and respond to your inquiry;
- Contact you by phone, email, or text message based on the permission you provide;
- Operate, protect, and improve this website;
- Measure campaign visits and confirmed form submissions; and
- Meet legal and recordkeeping obligations.
Communications and consent
The case review form includes a required contact permission. If you check that box and submit, Megeredchian Law and its service providers may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide, including by call, text message, prerecorded message, or automated dialing technology, about your potential legal matter. Consent is not a condition of retaining legal services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
This contact permission is separate from Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok campaign measurement and Microsoft Clarity analytics. Submitting the form remains optional, and the contact-permission checkbox controls whether the firm may respond to your request.
How we share information
On the dog bite review form, the contact permission also names our marketing partners, including Digital Capital Ventures. If you agree, we may share your submitted contact and inquiry details with those partners so they can contact you about your inquiry and related legal services, using the methods described in that form. We retain the wording and version of the permission you accepted alongside the submission timestamp.
We may disclose information to:
- Service providers that support hosting, form delivery, intake, communications, analytics, advertising measurement, and security;
- Legal and professional advisers when reasonably necessary; and
- Authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of this website.
Cookies and campaign measurement
Essential storage supports security and form delivery. The browser pixels described below may also use platform identifiers and cookies for campaign measurement.
When a case-review request is accepted, the lead relay may recover bounded UTM campaign values and Meta or TikTok click IDs from the same-origin Referrer header for internal Lead Intel reporting. It records a query-free landing URL and adds no cookie or localStorage for this recovery. These internal fields do not enable the Meta Conversions API or TikTok Events API.
The Google Ads tag loads on every site route. It is configured for the displayed campaign phone number, 866-415-3488, and may use a Google forwarding number for eligible ad visits to measure calls.
The Meta Pixel loads on campaign entry pages and records a PageView. The TikTok Pixel loads only on /mva/form and /mva/form-es and records a page-view event on those two routes. It does not load on the main /mva landing page.
After the lead relay confirms that a form submission was accepted, the Meta Pixel records a Lead event and the TikTok Pixel records a SubmitForm event for the applicable form visit. On the English form flow, the Google Ads tag also records a conversion event. Direct visits to a thank-you page do not record any of these conversion events.
We do not intentionally send contact information, crash details, medical information, or form answers to Google Ads, Meta, or TikTok through these browser events. The ordinary operation of a browser tag or pixel may transmit technical and page-level information, such as an IP address, device or browser information, page URL or referrer, and platform or campaign identifiers. The implementation does not attach intake answers or contact fields to Google Ads conversion, PageView, Lead, or SubmitForm events.
These browser events are separate from the Meta Conversions API and TikTok Events API. Server-side advertising events remain disabled unless their client-specific credentials are separately configured and the submission carries the required advertising-consent signal.
ChatGPT Ads measurement
OpenAI (ChatGPT Ads) receives basic page-view and accepted-lead events through an image pixel. These requests include a random event identifier and, when available, the OpenAI ad click reference. The click reference is kept in session storage for this browser tab. Requests send only our site origin as the referrer. We do not enable automatic contact matching or include contact fields, form answers, or case details in these events. Basic browser information, including an IP address, is transmitted when the pixel loads. This measurement respects Global Privacy Control and an existing essential-only preference.
Microsoft Clarity on our landing pages
We use Microsoft Clarity across the Megeredchian Law landing pages on this website to understand how visitors use them through interaction metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. This helps us improve the pages and identify usability problems. Clarity may collect clicks, scrolling, device and browser information, page URLs, and referrers using cookies and other tracking technologies. Microsoft processes this usage data. Clarity processes visible page content and interactions under Microsoft's masking controls. We do not send contact details or intake answers as Clarity custom events or identifiers.
Phone-button events describe a click on a call link and its placement on the page. They do not confirm that a telephone call was placed, answered, or qualified. This website measurement does not establish telephone-call outcomes. Caller details, recordings, transcripts, and intake dispositions are not sent to Clarity.

Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, maintain records, operate the site, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information and to limit certain uses or disclosures. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
